Stay vigilant - it may hit you when you least expect it.

I found out something interesting tonight while watching the news. Did you know you could draw up an online will which dictates what happens to your Facebook, Twitter, etc. accounts after you die?

Well, I thought I wouldn't want mine to be closed, if I were to die suddenly. I'd like my friends to write something on my wall, how they'd remember me by, what kind of a person/acquaintance/friend I was to them, what they thought of me, that sorta thing :) Of course, as with all eulogies, I daresay all of the comments will be positive. That's why I always say, I may be too optimistic for my own good. But you can't deny that it makes you feel good to know that you will be missed by some, if not all the people whom you thought knew you.

Oh, I thought I should add that you need to pay an annual fee of $14.99 to "maintain" (can't think of a better word for this) the will, or rather, its validity. Wait, or was it $40.99?

Hmmm everything is worth a second thought when/where money is involved. I don't think I'd want to have an online will drawn up now. It'd be nice to know how you'd be remembered when you die though.
